New (June 21), luxury fully equipped 3 bedroom caravan is situated within the main Butlins holiday complex at Minehead.
The caravan is ideally located on the Lakeside Caravan Park, 25 Coral Cove sits in a peaceful location next to the fishing lake and a 3min walk to the Highwayman Pub (family friendly venue) serving hot & cold snacks.
A ten minute walk away is the main Butlins Skyline Pavilion, with the usual amenities. All entertainment passes are included in your break. Caravan guests can use all the facilities on the park. Unfortunately you will not be able to pre book shows from the Butlins app as this is only for their guests staying in their accommodation. Butlins have 3 venues- Reds, Studio 36 & Centre Stage there is a non-booked queuing system in place for Studio 36 & Centre Stage. These venues are very large and can accommodate a lot of people and Butlins have limited pre booking to 75% of capacity, so getting in isn't generally a problem. However, during particularly busy times and school holidays we advise you to arrive early to avoid disappointment.Reds is free-flow, as is the swimming pool, and all guests can come and go as they please.
Double glazed throughout, full central heating inc electric fire in the lounge area. TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD’s and family games. Large decking area attached with seating plus additional bench seating on the immediate, adjacent grass area.
Fully equipped kitchen, including integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, gas oven & hob, toaster, kettle etc.
The caravan has one double bedroom with TV, and two twin bedrooms all with double sockets and integrated USB ports and full length wardrobes in each. The bedrooms are fully heated and all beds have mattress and pillow protectors. There is a further pull out double bed in the lounge area making capacity of up to 8 guests. An optional bed-linen service to supply and fit bedding prior to your arrival can also be arranged for a small additional fee of £30. (Please contact us prior to arrival). You will need to bring your own towels, dishcloths, toiletries, etc.

There is reserved parking space for your vehicle in front of the caravan.
All breaks are for up to 8 people, except over 18's weekend which are limited to 6. We strongly recommend that all guests take out holiday insurance to cover you for any event out of control prior to, or whilst on holiday, as neither we nor Butlins provide personal or cancellation insurance for whatever reason (inc COVID).
